I'm sorry this is a little bit 'after the fact' but I had intended to thank you for responding so efficiently to my request for upgrading delivery on the above order to 'Saturday Delivery'.
The package arrived safely and quite early on Saturday - meaning not only was I able to watch Ireland in the Six Nations on Sunday (a mere incidental) but also (and much more to the point) I could accompany my dear wife shopping on Saturday because I didn't need to wait in!
It's not often you can say you're genuinely delighted with service these days, but I would like you to know I was really impressed with the handling of this request!
