To cancel your subscription please send an email to enquiries@topuptv.com with your viewing card number and address requesting your subscription is cancelled. If you choose to cancel part way through a subscription month you will not be refunded for any remaining portion, so to get the full value you should cancel at the end of the subscription period you have paid for.
