How do I install my new Minidish?
|
|
Installing your new Minidish is fairly simple, aligning your dish however is a little more tricky and may require a professional engineer.
Step 1
Remove yo/ur new dish from it's packaging and assemble using the instructions provided.
Step 2
Turn your digibox off at the main power supply.
Step 3
Gain safe access to your original Minidish.
Step 4
Remove the waterproof Amalgamating tape from the F-connector that attaches your Sky cable to your LNB and then unscrew the F-connector.
Step 5
Carefully remove the 4 13mm bolts that bolt the dish to your wall.
Step 6
Either re-use the original bolt holes and bolt your new Minidish in the original position or alternatively using the base bracket of the new dish as a template mark the new holes to be drilled. Once marked use a 10mm masonry drill bit and drill to a depth of 50mm and fix your new dish to the wall.
