Hi, I wish to purchase a 43 cm sky mini dish and lnb, the price looks very good, what I in fact want it for is my caravan, I am going to purchase a aluminium tripod and the question is will I be able to secure it easily to the vertical pole part of the tripod for alignment to the Astra satellite, I have the signal finder etc. Yes you will be able to install it on a tripod, the minidish can either be fixed to a wall or pole, you will however need a u-bolt clamp (not supplied) when installing on a pole.
