• ORIGINAL: This standard Sky remote control is a genuine Sky product & will operate all STANDARD Sky boxes. It is the latest version available and holds all the latest codes for operating the volume on your TV (please see our support section above for your TV code).
• WARRANTY: This is a brand new Sky remote so is covered by a 12-month warranty. If the remote becomes faulty within the warranty period please let us know and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged for a new one at no cost to you.
• DELIVERY (UK): Royal Mail; Choosing to have your remote delivered by Royal Mail normally takes 1 – 3 working days and is a free delivery option to most UK destinations. FedEx; Selecting to have your remote delivered by FedEx guarantees next working day delivery providing your order is placed before 4pm & costs £1.99 to most destinations.
• DELIVERY (NON-UK): Royal Mail; Delivery to most non-UK destinations using Royal Mail costs £9.99 and normally takes 3 – 5 working days. FedEx; Choosing FedEx costs a little more but gets your remote to you quicker and allows you to track it online. The cost for FedEx delivery varies so please add the item to your basket for prices.
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: There are imported "Universal" remotes currently being sold on the Internet as Sky remotes. Please do not get caught out... call the retailer and check it is in fact a genuine Sky item.
