What warranty do you offer on your products?


Standard 12-month warranty

All items sold on TheDigiboxShop.com come with a 12-month warranty as standard unless the item is a graded item, graded items are clearly marked as "graded" and will clearly show the warranty period.



Premium 12-month replacement warranty

We are gradually rolling out a premium warranty service which is slightly different to the standard one above, the main difference is replacement rather than repair, this is a much better option than a normal repair warranty when Sky boxes in particular are concerned. This premium service is an option and currently costs £1 extra and is available on the following  Sky boxes: Amstrad DRX550, Amstrad DRX890 500GB, Amstrad DRX890 1TB, Amstrad DRX895 1.5TB, Samsung 500GB & Samsung 500 1TB.



What to do if your item becomes faulty

If you have an item that has become faulty please let Customer Services know, we will then arrange for the item to be returned, tested, repaired/replaced then shipped back, all at no cost to you*.



*The free return to us service only applies to products located in the United Kingdom, any items outside the UK will have to be returned to the UK at your expense, the cost of us returning the item to you outside the UK however will be at our expense.
